  • 38.04 acres in Painted Desert Ranches
  • Only 1 mile away from the I-40 service road, where electric can be found
  • 15 minutes (plus off-road time) away from Holbrook, AZ
  • Ideal recreational property!

This property is off-grid and remote. For power, solar panels would be a great option out here. Electricity is about 1 mile away, along the I-40 service road. For water, you would need to drill a well or haul water in. Water levels in this area average around 100-150 feet. The roads leading up to the property are rough, so a vehicle with off-road capabilities is required. There is a very old 2-track trail that travels north from the I-40 service road and appears to reach the SW corner of the parcel, but it is unclear if it is a useable trail.

The town of Holbrook is 15 minutes away (plus off-road time). Here you’ll find plenty of restaurants, stores, gas stations, and lodging. You’ll be able to reach the Petrified Forest National Park in roughly 20-30 minutes for world-renowned hiking and sightseeing. Bring your horses for some off-trail wandering, or pack a camera to capture postcard-worthy photos! The Sitgreaves National Forest is about an hour and a half away, which has over 2 million acres to explore, and 8 cold water lakes. Outdoor adventures are around every corner out here – you will never run out of things to do!

Rachel made the entire land purchase a "piece of cake". She walked me through everything and was right on top of things. As soon as I sent the money, the deed was notarized and recorded only a couple of days later. I just visited my new property in Wolf Creek Montana today and I am very pleased with the purchase. Thank you again 😊

The Ashbrook Land Company is a superb company. Their communication skills and desire to help you obtain the land of your dreams is top notch. Probably some of the best service I’ve had when buying a piece of land. I would recommend them to anyone.

I just purchased a piece of land from Ashbrook Land Co., LLC, and I am very happy with the professional yet personal approach that Bob and Rachel Ashbrook gave to me.The whole process was easy and painless, and only took a couple of days. Everything was done online, but I felt completely secure giving out my personal information, because I think the Ashbrooks are truly honest people to deal with.
